Ryan has been around Talent his whole life, whether it was in the Sporting School of Excellence in QLD he attended, getting to train with National Champions, Olympians, AFL / NRL / NBL Stars or whether it was when he was in the UK playing Football (Soccer) against the best of the best as a 14-15 year old. He has seen what it takes to be elite and can identify Talent who have those hallmarks and mentor them to go further in their career, while being the eyes and ears they need for the commercial aspects of their lives.

In past roles as a National Manager & Chief Operating Officer as well as being across Sales / Marketing and Operational positions, he has honed his skills in multiple industries which provides a wealth of experience for our Talent to draw from. He is emotionally invested in our team, fiercely loyal and hard-working to help them achieve their goals.
