  • This can vary from Talent to Talent but at our Agency we are only considering new Talent that is going through exponential growth, is generating a strong amount of brand enquiry and has huge potential in what they can do in their relative field whether that be Sporting and their gifts as an Athlete, Media and their potential for progression that field or an Influencer who has the ability to grow and scale their own business/ventures. Due to the large amount of volume in applications we receive and our desire to keep a small team, we are not able to assist all candidates but will always get back to you with your application status and decision. Blue Chip is not considering any accounts which the applicant is not the champion of the page, for example you run a Travel Page or a Child Focused Account. We want to represent the people, not the page itself.


  • Show us your vision and what you are hoping to achieve, bring us in on your plans through your application. Take the time to tell us what makes you unique and how you think we could help you go to the next level, remembering though that we cannot consider Talent who are not exponentially growing, generating brand enquiries and have an engaged audience (2.5% and up). Make us want to work for you through your passions and likeability.


  • Come to us with your goal / budget and timing and we can help you do the rest! Big or small, we have worked with over 1000 businesses and counting to help them grow this side of their marketing, doing the heavy lifting for brands. From our database of 500 + Talent we can identify the kinds of Talent you need to get cut through and create wonderful content which you will be proud of. We will assist you with the briefing notes, conduct a needs analysis to understand what you are looking for and you will get complete oversight of everything before it goes live for peace of mind. For your first booking the payment terms are 50% on confirmation and 50% at content approval stage.


  • Results are never guaranteed. The truth and reality of Marketing in any field is that it is through educated trials and learning from what works and doesn’t work. That is when you will get the right strategy, investment level and Talent working for you. We want results and we make no secret of that because it keeps customers achieving their outcomes and goals, but, with the nature of algorithms, audiences and platform discrepancies – it may not happen first time and every time. Brands should never spend money they do not have on our kind of Marketing and should always have ‘brand exposure’ + ‘brand awareness’ as their key objectives with sales being a bonus if achieved through the Campaign.


  • Rather than disclosing a changing number, we aim for a 1 to 14 Staff to Talent ratio and have maximums in place:

    Sporting Talent: 15 Maximum

    Media Talent: 12 Maximum

    Influencer Talent: 25 Maximum

    Our Talent Database who use our Jobs Board is over 500 Talent, that although we do not directly manage but can help fill Campaigns with or secure Ambassadorships for that do not suit our immediate roster.

    Each division is overseen with different staff to make sure it is fully serviced to the specific requirements that are vastly unique to the field it is (Sport/Media/Influence). We also engage with contractors to service needs through peak periods to never be caught short handed.


  • Unfortunately, we are not your agency for this. While we understand in some cases this has merit, our focus is on providing Talent financially meaningful work. This is protecting their audience from billboarding and allowing the Talent to focus on long term brand relationships. We are proud to know what we specialise in and Blue Chip Talent is not the right place for gifted/contra/commission only campaigns.


  • All the time.

    We are not the right Agency for your brand if it is focused on Online Casinos, Crypto (Coins/Exchanges/Coaching), MLM Businesses.

    We also are not the right agency to support anything that goes against the current TGA guidelines for Marketing. We fully endorse and support these guidelines for the information that can be presented to potential customers and the claims being made.


  • Talent: We pay funds out the same day we receive them from our brand partners, we love getting Talent paid and remunerating them quickly. Some brands can take between 15-45 days and it is best to ask the specifics on the account you are working on as we will have a payment history average for that customer or be able to provide more insights to you on when to expect your funds.

    Brands: New customers are 50% on booking confirmation and 50% on content approval stage. Existing customers are offered 30 day terms if on a regular account over 2000 dollars per month.


  • Each Campaign is different and it will depend on the amount of hours of work already completed on the booking as well as whether the Talent has started creation or not and will be required to be compensated for their time. The 50% deposit will be non-refundable if advanced works have commenced and the Talent involved are requiring compensation for lost time.



  • As part of our commitment to full transparency, you will see #BCTsponsored mentioned in Campaigns we had involvement with. It declares the opportunity as a paid one (we do not do gifted/contra work) and discloses our involvement in facilitating that Campaign for the brand/agency.
