FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Chip has been around Talent his whole life, whether it was in the Sporting School of Excellence in QLD he attended, getting to train with National Champions, Olympians, AFL / NRL / NBL Stars or when it was from his time in the UK playing Football (Soccer) against the best of the best as a 14-15 year old. He has seen what it takes to be elite and can identify Talent who have those hallmarks and mentor them to go further in their career, while being the eyes and ears they need for the commercial aspects of their lives.

In past roles as a National Manager & Chief Operating Officer as well as being across Sales / Marketing and Operational positions, he has honed his skills in multiple industries which provides a wealth of experience for our Talent to draw from. He is emotionally invested in our team, fiercely loyal and hard-working to help them achieve their goals.

MARKETING MANAGER

Dasi is a hard-working and skilled Marketer who brings a great set of skills to our Team at Blue Chip Talent. She is the brains behind our graphics, websites and back of house Marketing functions. Dasi has been a key resource in building Talent websites also and has helped us with some key clients who trusted in Blue Chip to create their own brand graphics too.

We are fortunate to have someone of her passion and competence. She has an enormous ceiling on the work she can do and is constantly driving outcomes behind the scenes for both our brand and our clients.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

After 7 years supporting from the sidelines as Mrs Blue Chip, Lisa has joined the team, heading up operations for the group.

Lisa is a CPA qualified accountant, with experience in an array of different industries and business structures, ranging from small-to-medium sized private businesses to ASX listed companies.

In a profession disrupted by technology, Lisa has continued to develop her skills, taking a special interest in systems, processes and data analytics.

With the talent landscape becoming more regulated, and a shift to data and system driven insights, Lisa is the perfect addition to keep our team on top of their game.
